Depending on the product and order, ERGIO can supply fir and spruce from Nordic countries and Romania, C24 strength-class material and FSC- or PEFC-certified options. Applicable standards, declarations and chain-of-custody documentation are confirmed for each order.
The material package for a project should state exactly what is required: species, grade, strength class, visual quality, moisture range, treatment, chain-of-custody requirement and the declarations or certificates to be supplied.

No. The relevant declarations, certificates and chain-of-custody documents depend on the timber product, supplier, processing route, project specification and market. Required evidence should be stated during enquiry and confirmed in the offer.
Can ERGIO provide FSC- or PEFC-certified material?+
FSC- and PEFC-certified material can be supplied subject to product, source and order requirements. Availability and the applicable chain-of-custody documentation are confirmed before procurement.
How are components connected to the project model?+
Production references, piece marks, labels and package identifiers can link physical components to the project, building, position and revision. The exact coding and data retained are defined by the production and ERP workflow.
Can our team audit the factory or review quality procedures?+
Qualified B2B partners can request a factory visit, supplier-qualification discussion or project-specific quality review. The agenda and documents shared depend on the commercial stage and confidentiality requirements.
Does ERGIO perform structural approval?+
No. Structural design, calculations and approval remain with the partner's appointed structural engineer. ERGIO checks manufacturing conformity against the approved production information and agreed scope.
What happens when a missing or incorrect component is identified on site?+
The issue is referenced to the project and component information, assessed with the responsible teams and resolved as quickly as possible. The contractual cause, corrective action and cost responsibility are documented for the specific case.
