The diagrams are conceptual. Connection design, plate thicknesses, fasteners, fire protection, tolerances and approvals remain project-specific and must follow the engineer's structural design.

No. Structural calculations and engineering responsibility must be supplied by the project partner or its appointed qualified engineer. ERGIO develops the production model, acceptance drawings and machine-ready detailing from the approved structural documentation.

Yes. ERGIO can supply individual structural timber members or processed components, with or without machining, as well as complete Post & Beam structural kits. The exact commercial and technical scope is confirmed during quotation.

What is the maximum size ERGIO can process?+

Maximum member length and section are verified for the selected material, machining operations, handling method, transport route and project geometry before production is confirmed.

Can metal connectors be included?+

Yes. Project-specific metal connectors and fixings can be manufactured or sourced as part of the agreed kit. Their structural design and specifications must be approved by the responsible project engineer.
