01Project & repeat supply

Single structural packages, recurring batches or planned production programmes.

02Machined or unmachined

Structural members, cut pieces or machine-ready components produced from approved data.

03European logistics

Packing and transport planned around dimensions, batches and delivery destinations.

04Technical coordination

Production detailing, identification and quality documentation matched to the agreed scope.

More than a product list

Build a supply relationship around the way your company sells and assembles timber.

ERGIO can support a distributor that needs reliable project deliveries, a timber contractor that wants machining capacity, or a specialist manufacturer that needs a repeatable external production resource.

01
Defined technical offer

Sections, lengths, quality, machining, marking, packaging and documentation are confirmed before production.

02
Scalable order patterns

Move from individual project orders to recurring supply after products, quality expectations and forecasts are validated.

03
Clear commercial boundaries

Territory, exclusivity, stock obligations, lead times and support are agreed contractually rather than implied by the website.

Cooperation models

Choose the relationship that matches your demand.

Each model starts with a technical and commercial review. Availability, pricing, territory and production windows are confirmed for the actual product and order programme.

Project-by-project procurement

Order defined members or a coordinated structural package.

Suitable when the partner already has a specific project, approved engineering and a clear delivery destination.

  • Project-specific beams and columns
  • Machined structural components
  • Post & Beam or hybrid packages
  • Connectors, labels and logistics by scope
  • Technical documentation matched to the order
External production capacity

Use ERGIO as an extension of your own workshop.

Suitable for timber specialists that control engineering and material specification but need additional CNC or robotic machining capacity.

  • Approved CAD/CAM or production inputs
  • Cutting, drilling, slots, pockets and notches
  • Component marking and identification
  • Batch checks before dispatch
  • Commercial review based on operations and volume
Planned recurring demand

Convert repeat orders into a controlled supply programme.

Suitable where sections, quality categories, machining patterns and destinations can be forecast with reasonable stability.

  • Agreed product and quality matrix
  • Forecast and call-off process
  • Production windows reviewed in advance
  • Batch-level identification and documentation
  • Periodic commercial and capacity review
Market development relationship

Build a regional supply relationship after demand is proven.

Suitable for partners with technical knowledge, active professional customers and a credible plan for recurring ERGIO products.

  • Market and customer-segment review
  • Defined ERGIO product scope
  • Technical and sales-document access
  • Lead ownership and support process
  • Territory or exclusivity only by separate agreement

Capacity, member geometry and material specification are confirmed for each order against production data, machine access, handling, packaging and transport.

Production capability

Order the member. Add the operations. Control the output.

ERGIO combines digital production detailing, Hundegger machining, component identification and logistics within one industrial workflow.

01
Material specification

Structural grade, appearance quality and processing requirements are defined in the order documentation.

02
Machine-ready data

Machining is released only from approved and controlled production information.

03
Batch identification

Components can be referenced by project, frame, building, phase or agreed order logic.

04
European delivery

Length, loading, access, unloading and delivery sequence are reviewed before dispatch.

Quote-ready information

A useful quotation begins with a useful specification.

Incomplete requests can be reviewed preliminarily, but price, capacity and lead time can only be confirmed after the required technical and commercial inputs are available.

01Product

GL grade, quality, species where relevant, sections, lengths and quantity.

02Machining

Approved drawings, 3D model, component files or a clear operation schedule.

03Commercial pattern

One project, estimated annual volume, batch frequency and required quotation validity.

04Documentation

Structural design, member schedule, appearance criteria and requested declarations.

05Packaging

Order, frame, project, destination, sequence and labelling requirements.

06Logistics

Delivery address, access, unloading, target date and maximum element length.

Recurring supply

Move from first order to repeat programme in controlled steps.

A repeat relationship should be built on validated products, realistic forecasts and a clear call-off process—not assumed capacity.

01

Technical qualification

Confirm sections, quality, machining, documentation and acceptance criteria.

02

Pilot order

Validate production inputs, appearance expectations, packing and delivery.

03

Supply matrix

Define approved products, allowed variants and commercial assumptions.

04

Forecast

Share expected volumes, order cadence, destinations and seasonal demand.

05

Call-off

Confirm each batch against capacity, material availability and requested date.

06

Review

Periodically review quality, forecast accuracy, lead times and commercial terms.

Quality, documents & traceability

Documentation should follow the product—not sit separately from it.

Applicable certificates, declarations, material references and quality records are confirmed according to the actual product, source material, contract and destination requirements.

  • Incoming material and supplier documentation review
  • Order and revision identification
  • Component, batch or package references
  • Machining and completeness checks
  • FSC / PEFC options where specified and available
  • Dispatch documentation matched to the agreed scope

European supply planning

Delivery conditions are part of the product specification.

Long structural members, mixed component batches and recurring deliveries require more than a transport price. They require agreement on packaging, access, handling and responsibility.

Partner fit

Best results come from professional demand and clear technical ownership.

ERGIO evaluates distributor and specialist relationships based on technical capability, customer relevance, forecast quality and the ability to manage professional B2B enquiries.

GOOD FIT

Ready for discussion

  • Established timber or construction business
  • Professional B2B customer base
  • Defined product or project demand
  • Technical ability to specify or sell structural timber
  • Realistic forecast, volume or project pipeline
  • Clear destination, logistics and payment structure
NOT READY YET

Needs more definition

  • General request without product, quantities or market
  • Expectation of automatic exclusivity
  • No professional technical support for customers
  • No forecast or credible project pipeline
  • Unclear responsibility for engineering and approvals
  • Consumer house enquiries without final documentation

Distributor FAQ

Questions before establishing a supply relationship.

Final products, territory, capacity, pricing, payment, warranty and commercial conditions are agreed contractually after technical and business review.

Can ERGIO supply individual beams as well as repeat batches?+

Yes. ERGIO can review individual professional project orders, recurring component batches and broader structural packages. Commercial feasibility depends on volume, dimensions, machining, destination and schedule.

Can ERGIO machine material supplied by the partner?+

This can be assessed case by case. Material documentation, dimensions, moisture, quality, handling, transport and responsibility for supplied material must be agreed before acceptance.

Is territorial exclusivity available?+

Exclusivity is not automatic. Any territory, customer segment, minimum volume, performance target, marketing obligation or lead-ownership arrangement requires a separate commercial agreement.

Can products be shipped directly to the distributor's customer?+

Direct-to-site delivery can be planned where the ordering party, destination, documentation, unloading responsibility and commercial relationship are clearly defined.

Does ERGIO provide structural calculations for the distributor's customer?+

No. Structural design and calculations remain with the qualified engineer appointed by the project partner. ERGIO prepares approved information for production and can support manufacturing-oriented value engineering.

Can ERGIO provide certificates and declarations?+

Applicable documents are provided according to the actual product, material source, certification scope, contract and destination. Requirements should be identified before quotation.

How are repeat prices and lead times established?+

They are based on the approved product matrix, forecast, batch sizes, material market, machining operations, logistics and production capacity. They remain subject to the agreed validity and call-off terms.
