Can ERGIO reserve production capacity for a phased or serial project?+

Yes. Capacity planning can be discussed for confirmed programmes and framework agreements. The reservation structure depends on accepted drawings, production release dates, material procurement, contractual milestones and the agreed batch sequence.

Does ERGIO perform the structural calculation?+

No. The project's structural design and calculations are supplied and assumed by the partner's structural engineer. ERGIO reviews the approved information, can propose value-engineering options, and develops the production-ready model and manufacturing data.

Which project files can the production team receive?+

ERGIO can work with IFC, DWG, Cadwork and other professional 3D CAD formats. PDF drawings, material schedules and structural calculations should accompany the model where relevant. The exact handover package is agreed at project start.

Can the same factory produce panels, beams and custom components?+

Yes. A project may combine MobiOne panel production, Hundegger machining, Log House profiles and manually prepared specialist elements. The manufacturing route is configured around the agreed kit and responsibility matrix.

How is production capacity communicated?+

Capacity is communicated against the reviewed project, not as a universal square-metre promise. Geometry, package depth, materials, finishing operations, batch size, factory loading and delivery sequence all influence the confirmed output and lead time.

Can professional partners visit the factory?+

Yes. Qualified B2B partners can request a commercial and technical factory visit. The agenda can include project review, production-flow presentation, machinery, quality checks and logistics planning.
