Jose Mannises is a 180 m² Timber Frame residence in Manises, Valencia. The design draws on the city’s mix of traditional and contemporary architecture, using clean white volumes and precise geometric lines to create a distinctly Mediterranean result.
The exterior walls use 150 × 45 mm timber framing with mineral wool insulation, OSB sheathing and a vapour-control membrane. Internally the wall is finished with 12.5 mm plasterboard, while the exterior receives polystyrene insulation and decorative render.
The interior partitions use 100 × 45 mm timber framing, sound-absorbing mineral wool, OSB, plasterboard and a white painted finish.
