Palmanyola

Palmanyola is a certified passive house, built in a Mediterranean style, and assembled by a great team.

In order to obtain the air tightness necessary for the blower door test we used materials such as intelligent membranes from ClimaControl, insulations with high energy coefficient, joints in the construction of the structure to eliminate thermal points, perfectly sealed glazed areas and special attention to assembly details for both the structure and the installations.

Modern exterior with thermal system and thermo treated wood panels highlight the architectural beauty of the building.

The house is designed by the architect Jose Luis Barrantes Mejia.
