Valencian Dream

We are talking about an elevated 104 square meter house built in the Ergio Nordic system for which approximately 36 cubic meters of wood were used.

The house is standing on 21 pillars, 200 x 200 mm along with 200 x 320 mm and 80 x 200 mm beams, the actual house starting at the height of 2320mm, all the above mentioned being glue laminated timber, GL24 certified strength class, which received under pressure treatment in the autoclave.

For the exterior walls we used 60 mm wood profile while the insulation was made onsite, also using special membranes to ensure the airtightness and humidity control in the structure. The Interior walls are made up of 60 mm wood profiles, which are characteristic to the Nordic system.
