This incredible project is part of a residential complex of 11 buildings.

The building boasts an impressive 205 square meters of surface area, with 26 cubic meters of wood. Its design seamlessly integrates with picturesque surroundings, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Our team has taken great care in constructing the interior walls. They are made from a 150x45mm framing structure that has been fireproofed in our autoclave and reinforced with 15mm OSB boards.

As for the exterior walls, our partner has selected a 150x45mm framing structure, Knauf Unifit mineral wool 035 insulation, 15mm OSB boards, Rothoblaas Traspir 150 foil, and 8mm fibre cement, all elements ensuring both durability and protection.
