Tominio
Tomino is a beautiful municipality in the province of Ponteverda, located on the Mino River and it is also the place where you can find one of our projects.
This project is the definition of modular housing as it is composed of 4 modules, which were produced by ERGIO in separate panels and joined together in modules in a factory in Spain. After the assembly process they were transported on site, put together and transformed into a beautiful house, very well organized, with a balanced and modern look.
Although the footprint of the house is not the smallest, 126 sqm, the modules were joined together in a matter of days. This project emphasizing once again that modular houses can be the best choice when it comes to time and cost efficiency, not to mention that all parts of the house fit together perfectly, like pieces of a puzzle.
