Escalada Gandia

An exclusive camping site near the Marxquera mountains, Spain, La Escalada Gandia.

The camping offers many facilities, such as hiking trails, an adventure park, a Chill Out zone, and a 180 square meters restaurant, part of our portfolio. This building has exterior walls composed of 21 mm heat-treated pine cladding with UV protection membrane, highly breathable, 12 mm OSB, on a 150 x 45 mm timber frame structure with Knauf Unifit insulation.

The flat ceiling has glue-laminated beams and a wood profile of 19 mm. For the roof, we used as a final layer Rothoblaas Bytum 3500, an effective waterproofing of timber structures that also ensures permanent stability to UV rays because of its slated surface. We also provided lamellar wood rafters and lamellar pillars for the terrace area.
