The assembly team has completed a construction that stands out with its unique combination of innovative design and high-performance materials. Here’s what makes this project truly one-of-a-kind:

The framing structure of the exterior walls measures 45x200mm. It includes a layer of basaltic wool, a vapour control membrane, another layer of basaltic wool, 12mm OSB boards, plasterboard, and a highly breathable membrane. The exterior walls are finished with 20mm thermal-treated cladding.

The interior walls have a 45×100 mm framing structure, basaltic mineral wool with an acoustic role, 12mm OSB sheets, and a 12.5mm plasterboard.
