This construction is built in the timber frame system with two types of exterior cladding. As you can see one part of the house has a thermosystem exterior while the other part is fitted with wood cladding, more exactly vertical 21 mm thermo- treated panel, which was installed in the mill. According to our suggestion, a UV membrane should be installed to protect the structure when using wooden cladding that has a distance between the elements.

Another particularity of this construction is the fact that even the roof structure is different, for each of the two parts of the house. The roof structure for one of the parts is composed of hidden beams while the other part has visible glue laminated beams and 19mm wooden profile.
