Goff’s Oak Retreat Project

They say Rome wasn’t built in a day; we say it could have been, well, at least, if it had been built in partnership with Ergio!

A short construction process is one of our most significant benefits. We can cut the assembly time in half by manufacturing already-equipped panels and delivering them to the site.

We are excited to share a project which involves a mobile home in Goffs Oak, UK, assembled within – drum rolls, please – two and a half weeks.

The exterior walls have a 45x150mm framing structure, Knauf NatuRoll Plus 150mm mineral wool insulation, a Rothoblass Vapor In 120 membrane for controlling the passage of water vapour, 12mm OSB sheets and Traspir 110 foil for limiting the unconditional passage of air. The exterior walls are finished on one side with a 12.5mm plasterboard and a 42mm half-round wooden profile on the other.

The interior walls have a framing structure of 45x100mm, Knauf NatuRoll Plus 100mm mineral wool insulation with an acoustic role, a Vapor In 120 membrane, 12mm OSB sheets and 12.5mm plasterboard.
