For both buildings, the exterior walls are made up of 150×45 mm structure studs and a 50 mm Knauf Unifit FKD-S Thermo system, providing good thermal efficiency for the house. For these panels, our client requested Knauf Unifit 150mm as insulation material, Rothoblaas Vlies vapour control membrane, and 15mm OSB, all equipped directly from the factory.

Our partners opted for two different types of exterior cladding, more precisely one part decorative plaster while for the other part, 19 mm vertical wood cladding was used, maintaining the same concept for the two buildings.
