This is a 97 square meter residential building.

The exterior walls are made up of 150×45 mm structure studs, 50 mm XPS thermo-system, providing a good thermal efficiency for the house. For these panels our client requested Knauf Unifit 150mm as insulation material, Rothoblaas Vlies vapor control membrane, 12mm OSB on both sides of the panel, all the elements being equipped directly from the factory.

The flat roof was made on site, and our partner requested Knauf Unifit 200mm as insulation material, high breathable membrane, transpir 110 Rothoblaas, along with vapor control membrane, Rothoblaas Vlies and 18mm OSB. All the wooden elements for the structure received under pressure treatment in the autoclave.
