At Ergio, we specialize in blending efficiency, sustainability & pre-fabrication – our latest project is no exception.

We’re proud to unveil a stunning residential project featuring three buildings: a single home and two joined houses, built in the elegant Spanish style with flat roofs.

For example, the single house has an area of ​​97 m2, and if we talk about the exterior and interior walls, we will discuss the following components.

The framing structure of the exterior walls measures 150x45mm, and it’s insulated with glass mineral wool followed by another layer of glass mineral wool boards.

The interior walls have a framing structure measuring 100x45mm, glass mineral wool – sound absorbent, and 12mm OSB sheets.
